Mr. & Mrs. Thomas Markart
I am writing to you to inform you of the unethical business practices of PhotoVideo Network in Fairfield New Jersey. You are associated with this company through a link on their website.
Upon signing a contract with PhotoVideo Network for my sister's wedding on September 15th for a 6 hour camera -edit video service, the salesman explained to me what would be included in that package (choice of music, titles with their name and date, state of the art graphics, and a recap montage, DVD transfer ). Now, after the wedding and after paying them all but $130.00, they are refusing to produce what was explained to us. They will only provide the raw footage from the camera transferred to DVD, stating that was the package we signed for.
The misleading sales tactics of this company should not be tolerated. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau, all the bridal companies with whom they are associated, and my attorney.
I urge you to remove your yourselves from any association with PhotoVideo Network to avoid this happening to any more brides. I am sure you do not want to be associated with PhotoVideo's shady business practices.
Thank you,
Tara Robinson
